Really like the powerhead and how smoothly it glides across carpets and hardwood. The different suction settings are great depending on what I’m cleaning. It’s weight is comfortable, it’s easy to change bags, and feels well built. Customer service was quick to answer a question I had about the dry shampoo feature, which I appreciated. Excellent product for the quality.

I needed a vacuum that wouldn’t break down after just a couple months. With 4 boys and a dog in the house, I’m vacuuming daily and this machine holds up perfectly. Powerful suction and easy to use. 6 year warranty a huge bonus for me. If this one ever goes, I’ll buy the same model again without hesitation.

I cannot speak highly enough about this vacuum. We purchased an Allura after our old machine finally gave out. I wasn’t sure at first because of the price, but WOW!! This vacuum has been a total game changer for us. I’ve noticed it picks up an incredible amount on hardwoods, rugs, and even thicker carpets. The attachments make it easy to clean anywhere. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a serious upgrade in their cleaning routine.

We recently upgraded to the SM1 after moving into a larger home with hardwoods and a mix of rugs. With kids and pets, we’re constantly cleaning. Having a dependable, powerful vacuum with quickly became a must for us.
I decided to purchase this vacuum after watching a demo on the Allura YouTube channel. The video showing the dust mite test and Hepa system really caught my attention, and I’m glad I went with it. One of the first things I noticed is how clean the air feels after using it—no puff of dust when you turn it on, which was a problem with our old vacuum.

A big win for us has been pet hair pickup. If you’ve ever dealt with a shedding pets, you know not all vacuums can keep up. This one has no issue at all pulling hair off both rugs and couches. The attachments make it easy to switch from floors to furniture, and I use the wand for high corners and baseboards constantly.

Some people might find the size a bit much but for a family household it’s perfect. Overall, I’m very pleased with the SM1—it’s effective and does exactly what I hoped for in a high-quality vacuum.

This is the only premium vacuum system I’ve ever owned, so I can’t compare it directly to others, but after using it daily for months I can say it’s one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. With four kids, a dog, and a cat, I vacuum my 2,100 square foot home every single week.
The attachments are a huge plus. Pet hair doesn’t tangle, and switching tools is quick and simple. I can go from floors to upholstery in seconds, and the extra-long wand makes reaching high spots effortless. The bag is simple to change.

After months of daily use the suction is still incredibly strong, and the filters have held up well. I’ve only had to wash them a once and they come out looking brand new.
If I had to nitpick, it’s a little heavier than expected when carrying up and down stairs, but honestly, that’s a small trade-off for the performance and build quality you’re getting.

I don’t recommend this as a super lightweight “pick up and go” style vacuum, it’s built for serious daily cleaning, and it excels at that. If you’re looking for something powerful enough to handle a busy household with pets and kids, the SM1 is worth every penny.

The SM1 isn’t perfect, but it does exactly what I need it to and I’m very happy with it overall—hence the five-star rating. Like any vacuum, there are small trade-offs, but for my situation it works extremely well.

First, a few notes. If you live in a very small place or just want something for a quick 5-minute touch-up, this probably isn’t the right choice. The SM1 is designed for a more thorough clean and really shines in bigger spaces where you can take advantage of the attachments and powerhead.

Now, here’s what I love: this vacuum performs beautifully on both hardwood and tile, and does an excellent job on area rugs and medium carpets. The adjustable powerhead makes it easy to move under furniture, and the unit feels light enough that carrying it upstairs is no issue. The suction is strong and consistent, and the Hepa filtration really does seem to make the air feel fresher after cleaning.

The SM1 also has impressive reach with the wand and hose, which makes getting cobwebs in corners or cleaning under the bed much easier than I expected. Storage is easy too, I keep it in a small closet, and it stands securely on its own when not in use.

So while it may not be the absolute perfect vacuum in every situation, it’s exactly right for mine. It’s reliable, easy to use, and gets the job done well. For that reason, I confidently give it five stars.
