1. Refund Eligibility

30-Day Refund:
All orders that include a vacuum are eligible for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Your 30-day window begins the day the vacuum is delivered to your address. -
Condition of Vacuum:
The vacuum must be returned in the same condition as it was received. If the vacuum is damaged in any way upon return, we reserve the right to deny the refund. Customers are responsible for ensuring the vacuum is packed securely to prevent damage during return shipping. - Exclusions:
- Orders that do not include a vacuum are not eligible for refunds.
- Any items that we determine to be damaged or tampered with will not be refunded.
2. Restocking Fee
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount. This fee helps cover the costs associated with inspecting, repackaging, and restocking returned items. The restocking fee applies to all eligible returns, including returns due to buyer’s remorse or items returned in opened, used, or non-original condition. Please note that the restocking fee does not apply to returns of items that are defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect items shipped due to our error. 3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact Us:
- Email support@allurasystem.com within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be processed.
- Include your order number, proof of purchase, and a description of the reason for the return.
- Ship the Item Back:
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
- Securely package the vacuum to ensure it arrives undamaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your protection.
- Inspection & Refund Processing:
- Once we receive the returned vacuum, we will review its condition within 10 business days.
- If the vacuum meets our return criteria, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note, the processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Any products that are not vacuums are non-refundable.
- Vacuums returned in a condition different from when they were delivered may not qualify for a refund.
5. Free Shipping Policy
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States. Please note that free shipping is not available for orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or any U.S. territories. For these locations, additional shipping fees will apply and will be calculated at checkout.
