Standard Warranty Coverage

Allura vacuums are backed by a 3-Year Limited Warranty on non-wearable parts and manufacturer defects. This warranty guarantees that your Allura vacuum is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Warranty Terms

What Does This Warranty Cover?

  • Non-wearable parts and manufacturing defects for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase.
  • Repairs and replacements for covered defects will be performed exclusively by Allura or its authorized agents.
  • Any parts replaced under this warranty become the property of Allura.

What Does This Warranty Not Cover?

  • Wearable parts, including but not limited to brush bars, batteries, filters, and bags.
  • Accidental damage or damage caused by misuse, neglect, or careless operation (e.g., dropping the vacuum, damage caused by pets, or improper maintenance).
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications, or the use of non-genuine Allura parts.
  • Products not purchased from Allura Products or from unauthorized dealers.
  • Normal wear and tear or failure to perform routine maintenance as instructed in the Allura Manual.
  • Damage caused by external factors such as weather, power surges, or shipping mishandling.
  • Machines used for non-domestic purposes (e.g., commercial use).

Warranty Eligibility Requirements

  • The warranty applies exclusively to Allura vacuums purchased directly from Allura Products or an authorized dealer.
  • The vacuum must be assembled, used, and maintained according to the Allura Manual.
  • Warranty claims must be initiated while the vacuum is physically located within the United States.

Limitations

  • This warranty applies only to new products; second-hand products are not covered.
  • Machines with altered or removed serial numbers are not eligible for warranty coverage.
  • Allura is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
Warranty Claim Process

If your vacuum qualifies for warranty service, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Allura Customer Service at support@allurasystem.com with your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
  2. If the issue is covered under warranty, Allura will provide instructions on shipping the product to our service center.
  3. Once the product is received, it will be inspected by our team or an authorized agent. Covered repairs will be performed at no cost for parts or labor.

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending the vacuum to Allura for repair and for return shipping once the repair is complete.

Lifetime Belt Warranty Terms

Allura offers a Lifetime Belt Warranty to ensure your vacuum operates at peak performance. This warranty covers the replacement of belts at no cost for parts. Labor costs for belt replacement are also included, provided the service is performed by Allura or an authorized service agent. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with sending the vacuum to and from the service center.

Exclusions

The following circumstances void the warranty and are not eligible for returns:

  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Products purchased second-hand or from unauthorized sellers.
  • Machines that have not been maintained or used according to the Allura Manual.
  • Use of non-genuine Allura parts (e.g., bags, filters, or accessories).
  • Normal maintenance tasks (e.g., removing clogs or cleaning brush bars).
  • Damage caused by negligence, improper use, or environmental factors (e.g., heat, liquids, or power surges).
Extended Warranty

For an additional cost, customers can purchase a 2-Year Extended Warranty under the same terms and conditions as the standard 3-Year Warranty. This extension provides coverage for a total of five (5) years from the date of purchase.
